Once the item has been purchased a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided with a printable certificate.
Refunds are not provided within 14 days of departure. If Salt Island Seaplanes cancels a flight due to safety/weather or any other reason, clients will have the option of a refund on the unused portion of their ticket, or a rescheduled trip at a later time. Rescheduled trips will be on a space-available basis. We will work with clients to find alternate transportation, but cannot guarantee success.
